CUSTOMER CARE

We wish to have direct contact with the customer allowing us to understand their expectations, their choices and thus provide a tailor-made product according to our range of products.

As our products are hand-made, we commit during two years to fix them if needed.

SALES & SHIPPING

We sell directly to you, either on the product's page, the contact form, or on social media (Facebook, Instagram). 

This direct contact with the costumer enables us to confirm their fabric choices and details about the product.

 

All expenses related to shipping must be met by the costumer. We do prefer however to deliver by hand if circumstances enable us to do so.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payments are done either by bank transfer or in cash.
